Dharmawan (2016) Influence Of Communication And Work Environment On The Job Satisfaction Of Employees The Department Of Revenue Lampung Province
Job satisfaction is everything related to the fulfillment of the needs of both moral and meteriil. As for the indicators of job satisfaction is when rank / group ride, payment of salaries on time, familiarity between the leadership with subordinates, respect the leadership of subordinates, cooperation, good relationships among co - workers, fac ilities and infrastructure, discipline, competition healthy work and well - being if it could be fulfilled job satisfaction will increase. Still the keluhanan employees towards work is one negative indicator of insufficiency of required staff.This type of re search used in this research is research conducted in the form of quantitative descriptive. The variables used are the independent variables are Communications (X1) and the Working Environment (X2) and the dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). Source of data derived from primary and secondary data collection techniques: documentation, observation and questionnaires. Respondents who used as many as 97 people. The analytical method used is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on t he survey results revealed Communication has the effect of 34% of the employee satisfaction, work environment has an impact for 54.6% of the employee's job satisfaction, and communication and working environment together have the effect of 59.1% job satisf action of employees at the Department of Revenue Lampung Province.
