ABSTRAK

Competition in the world of work is increasing, spurring agencies or companies to continue to improve performance so as to create a product or service useful for the community. To create a product or service that is certainly useful benefits of labor that really have the ability to work and have high morale. There are many factors that affect the performance of employees, such as supervision as a step to control the course of activities in achieving employment goals and compensation as a booster morale employees.
The formulation of the problem in this study is "whether there is a positive relationship between supervision and professional personality to the performance of employees Perum Bulog Sub Divre Lampung Tengah". From these problems, the purpose of this study to determine the positive relationship between supervision and professional personality to the performance of employees Perum Bulog Sub Divre Lampung Tengah.
The method of this research is qualitative and quantitative. The sample of this research is 30 respondents of Perum Bulog Sub Divre of Lampung Tengah. Techniques used in the data collection of this study using interviewing techniques, questionnaires and observations. Then in data analysis using quantitative method, that is collected data then in analysis. After the data collected, then the data were analyzed using spearman rank test and processed using spss.
Based on the data analysis using spss, then the conclusion in this study there is a significant relationship between supervision on employee performance Perum Bulog Sub Divre Lampung Tengah. (Hypothesis supported), there is a significant correlation between personality to employee performance of Bulog Sub Divre of Lampung Tengah. (Hypothesis supported).
